SERVE60
Can you SERVE60 minutes or more?

An extension of Hope Church’s annual serving day, Love Mason Plus (LMP), SERVE60 is designed to support needed service projects periodically throughout the year instead of on just one special week like LMP.  SERVE60 will only request volunteer time that is commensurate with the time you have available, say 60 minutes or more.

SERVE60 is designed to support serving options of various types in our Love Mason Plus community that can be completed in one to three hours.
"SERVE60 minutes or more of time" periodically during the year. SERVE60 Options may include: Yard work, Cooking, Cleaning, Organizing, Minor home repairs, Painting, etc.

If a serving option matches your interests and availability, we encourage you to respond. If not, that’s okay! More serving options will be shared as they are available. We only send an email once or twice a month as serving options are available.

SERVE60 - Eve Center - Stuff Envelopes
Organization: The Eve Center

The Eve Center is a community of women devoted to promoting hope, healing and growth for women through biblical, no cost, safe and confidential peer counseling and training.
​This SERVE60 option includes stuffing envelopes for a big mailer that the Eve Center will send out in early April.

SERVE60 - Build Bed Frames for Children
Organization: Sleep in Heavenly Peace
When:​ Wednesday, March 27 | Time: 5:30PM-7:15PM| Location: Liberty Township
Min. Age: 14+ | Max. Participants: 40
All children deserve a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads. Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a group of volunteers dedicated to building, assembling and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need. Our organization has grown steadily over time, and we’re working on opening more chapters in different states to serve more people. NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!®.
This serving option involves building wooden frames for kids without beds. All tools are provided. No experience required. Wear clothes that you don't mind getting stained or a little dirty. A great opportunity for high schoolers who need some volunteer hours and want to learn some building skills.

SERVE60 - Plant Flowers with Residents
Organization: Mason Health Care Center
When:​ Wednesday, May 13 | Time: 1:00PM–3:00PM| Location: Mason
Max. Participants: 10
Nestled in a quite neighborhood the Mason Health Care Center offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, long term care and respite/ hospice care. ​This SERVE60 option includes planting flowers and vegetables in a courtyard area used by the residents. Click the REGISTER button to choose the Plant Flowers with Residents option on the SERVE60 registration.
